Trip to Canggu, Bali – One of my spiritual home in this world

Just got back from Bali to treat myself after hectic 3 months!
先日、ハードだったここ3ヶ月に一旦一区切りつけようとまたバリに行ってきました！

Actually this is my 3rd round of Bali in 2016..
I know I am a bit (may not be “a bit”) crazy..but I cannot stop loving Bali!
Especially I love the town called “Canggu”.
実はバリは今年3回目！
ちょっと（ちょっとではないか？）頭おかしいのはわかっていますが（笑）それでもバリが大好き。
特にここ3回の滞在でいつも訪れているのが”チャングー”という町。

Canggu itself is fast emerging as Bali’s ‘it’ spot.
There are so many trendy coffee shops, bars and restaurants.
Also Canggu is famous place for surfers.
チャングー自体は、バリでいま最も新しく注目されはじめている町。
すてきなカフェやバー、レストランがたくさんあります。サーファーにも有名な町です。

I love the vibes of the town.
There are many trendy place but also they have beautiful natures.
This town is full with the peaceful and good energy of laid-back atmosphere by nature loving people, like surfers and yogies.
この町の雰囲気・エネルギーが大好き。
おしゃれなスポットもたくさんあるけど、自然もたくさんある。
自然なライフスタイルを好むサーファーやヨギーが多いからか、街全体がとてもピースフルでリラックスした雰囲気なのです。

One of the best way to spend time here is just doing “nothing”!!
Wake up with morning sun, have a breakfast with fresh fruit and vegies, chilling at pool side or beach with the sound of nature, gazing stars at night, get shower outside and go sleep.
This is all what I do here without internet connection.
Of course all hotel and guest house have wifi, but I’ve tried not to connect to enjoy the moment and the present.
ここでの過ごし方のおすすめは「何もしない」ということ（！）
朝日で起きて、新鮮なフルーツや野菜の朝食をとって、プールサイドや海で自然の音を聞きながらのんびりして、夜には星を眺めて、そしてシャワーを浴びて寝る。インターネットをオフにして。
もちろんバリのどこのホテルでもゲストハウスでもwifiが完備されています。でも私は、「その時」を楽しむためにあえてインターネットにはつなぎません。

Also there are some places that we can enjoy yoga and some meditation.
Serenity Eco Guest house is the best place to enjoy yoga and massage with affordable price.
またヨガやメディテーションができる場所もあります。
おすすめはSerenity Eco Guest House。ここではヨガやマッサージを良心的な価格で楽しむことができます。環境に配慮した緑いっぱい、自然をうまく利用した施設にスタッフもフレンドリーでとても居心地が良いです。

Since this trip is my 3rd round of Bali in 2016, so I have tried one touristy activity this time -visiting Tanah Lot Temple.
Tanah Lot is the temple which sits on a large offshore rock which has been shaped continuously over the years by the ocean tide. The place is popular for tourist, especially at sunset time.
今回今年3回目のバリということもあって、ちょっと観光ぽいこともしてみようと、タナロット寺院を訪れてみました。タナロット寺院は、海に面した岩の上に作られたお寺で、長年の歳月を経てその岩が海で削られ、芸術的なかたちをしているお寺です。

At the temple, visitors can be blessed with holy water. This water is believed to bring luck for us.
Do I look different before (picture above) and after (picture below) holy water blessing?!
タナロット寺院では、寺院から湧き出る聖なるお水で祝福をしてもらえます。
効果のほどはわかりませんが、お水をかけてもらう前（写真上）とあと（写真下）でなんとなく雰囲気が違いませんか？！（笑）

Trip is part of my life.
I have started to travel since I was just a baby, my parents have brought me around in Japan and overseas.
Sometimes I feel that life is not that easy. But trip always helps me to detach my mind from caring worries, fears, and uncertainness of my daily life. Also trip helps me to feel how much I am blessed and life is beautiful.
私にとって、旅は人生の一部です。
旅をし始めたのは、赤ちゃんだったとき。両親に連れられるがままに、日本国内や海外を旅行しました。
時々、人生大変だなーとか、疲れちゃうなーと思うこともあります。でも旅をすることで、自分のマインドが、日々の生活にあるいろんな心配や恐れや不確かなことから離れて客観的になることができます。そして、また旅をすることで、いかに自分が恵まれているかということ、そして人生って素晴らしいなということにも気付かせてもらえます。

I will keep traveling, by myself, with my friends, boyfriend and family.
Where shall I go next?:)
これからも旅をし続けたいと思います。一人旅も、友達との旅行、彼氏との旅行、そして家族との旅行も。
次はどこにいこう？
